Aaron Lett

VP - Technology

Aaron began his theatre career as a senior in Cleburne High School portraying Luther Billis in the schools’ production of SOUTH PACIFIC. Although Aaron was a member of both the Marching Band and Wind Ensemble, being on stage lit a spark that encouraged him to pursue his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Tarleton State University. Aaron was an Irene Ryan Qualifier and competed in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival with a set design for CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF.

After years of working in various theatres, from DFW to Austin to Ohio and beyond, it was during a production of MAN OF LA MANCHA in 2009 that Aaron became friends with John Garcia. Soon after, Aaron attended his first COLUMN AWARDS Gala and discovered that his altruistic and theatrical energies met a group of like-minded souls so he felt compelled to join the cause. Upon joining the Board of Directors in 2010, Aaron took the lead as the Technical Developer and quickly advanced to his current role as VP of Technology.

Aaron continues to apply his histrionic talent in various theatres around the metroplex resulting in two COLUMN awards for acting, and a special COLUMN award for Excellence & Volunteerism in the DFW Theatre Community. These prestigious awards were bestowed upon him (without his knowledge) by the very same COLUMN AWARDS Board of Directors he has the pleasure of serving. Away from theatre, Aaron is a UX/UI Developer for Orthofix, Inc. and resides with his wife Jacey, and pets Pruitt, Norbert and Frankenberry, in their humble abode in Sherman.
